Wide and bright the skye touches eternal ground
and the hills of the future show their promising slopes
youthful, challenged, yet by gravity bound

The river of life strongly runs, filled with hopes
and expectations; surely the gods, in their grace,
have blessed the paths that in time lay hidden;

for we live to find them, and to embrace
life in the full: no tresholds, nothing forbidden.
But oh, cruel eysight, how dim you seem still;

how limited sometimes the strenght of mind.
It takes faith and perseverance and focus of will
-and nothing on this earth compares to this kind

of effort- to stand up and answer to the call:
is not life itself the biggest quest of all?
